This information may include device and browser information, internet protocol (IP) address, Internet service provider (ISP), URLs of referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data, information you search for, and locale. Partner Caterers: When you or your company shares your dietary restrictions and preferences with us, we may share this information with our Partner Caterers in order to provide our Services. When Partner Caterers provide meals to your company, they will identify individuals with dietary restrictions or preferences unless your company specifically requests that they not be identified. When you provide feedback about our Partner Caterers, we may share with them the feedback, the date of the meal, and the company you work for, but we won't directly identify you.
Service Providers and Others: We may share your information with our service providers and other third parties who perform services on our behalf, such as technology, analytics, and marketing services. We also provide your payment information to our service providers for payment processing and verification. Service providers such as analytics providers may collect information about your online activities over time and across different online services when you use our Services.

You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from OYOCater by using the unsubscribe link within each email. Even after you opt out from receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative and security messages from us regarding the Services.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Please contact us if you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We use certain physical, managerial, and technical safeguards that are designed to improve the integrity and security of personal information that we collect and maintain. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us or store on the Services, and you do so at your own risk.
